1. Content Ownership
Creators retain full ownership of all content they upload to Mu. By uploading content, you grant Mu a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, and stream that content on your behalf. This licence exists solely to operate the platform and ends when you request removal of your content.
2. Viewer Restrictions
Videos on Mu are licensed for personal viewing only. Downloading, recording, redistributing, or rebroadcasting any content without the explicit written permission of the creator is prohibited.
3. Content Removal
Creators may request removal of their content at any time by contacting us. Mu reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms, infringes third-party rights, or is otherwise unlawful, without prior notice.
4. Creator Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to all content you upload, including music, performances, and recordings of individuals. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
5. Changes to These Terms
Mu may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
